Having enjoyed a previous career in local and regional journalism, Philippa qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and has specialised in employment law ever since. With a background in claimant employment tribunal litigation, she spent the four years prior to joining ESP acting for members of major trade unions, building extensive experience across a wide range of sectors including health, education, entertainment, haulage, private hire, transport, supermarkets, and the police.  She deals in all areas of employment law, including unfair dismissal, worker status, whistleblowing, and equal pay, and has a particular interest in discrimination.
