Nathan is a Partner at ESP Solicitors and has over 30 years of experience.

He has extensive experience working with large and complex organisations in both the public and private sectors, advising on a full range of employment law issues.

While Nathan practices in all areas of employment law, he specialises in advising on complex and sensitive matters such as discrimination and whistleblowing, transfers of undertakings and outsourcing arrangements, as well as organisational change and restructurings.

Nathan is highly experienced in advising healthcare providers and NHS trusts, particularly on issues related to the professional conduct of medical practitioners and Maintaining High Professional Standards in the Modern NHS (MHPS). He also has a significant education practice, advising many of the country’s leading independent schools on safeguarding, student welfare, investigations, and governance and regulatory matters.
