Mark joined esphr in early April 2024 as the Operations Team Leader. Previously, he spent over 25 years as a practice manager in various law firms, handling HR matters, ensuring Solicitors Regulation Authority compliance, and overseeing the smooth running of operations and departments within these organisations.
He enjoyed the diversity of responsibilities in his previous roles and is eager to bring these experiences to his current role, particularly in supporting other team members in their work.
