Jennifer has nearly 20 years’ experience advising employers on all aspects of employment law. She provides commercially focused advice to businesses across a wide range of sectors, helping clients navigate complex workplace issues with practical, legally robust solutions.
Jennifer is regularly appointed as an independent disciplinary and grievance decision maker, providing organisations with an independent, impartial and legally robust determination in complex and sensitive workplace matters. She is also instructed to undertake complex workplace investigations.
She advises on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and restructuring, discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal, managing absence, trade union matters, TUPE and business transfers. Jennifer also regularly delivers training, and reviews and drafts employment contracts, policies and procedures.
Jennifer has particular expertise in advising highly regulated businesses, umbrella companies, employment businesses and recruitment agencies on complex workforce and business model issues. She also advises on salary sacrifice arrangements and flexible benefit schemes.
