Caroline joined ESP Solicitors in May 2022 as a Legal Secretary and the first point of contact for clients. Prior to this role, she worked as a Medical Secretary for the NHS, managing interactions with medical professionals, patients, and medical referrals.
Caroline has thrived in her new legal environment, enjoying the variety of her role, supporting her colleagues, and embracing the responsibilities it entails.
