Joining as the group’s leading Solicitors Regulation Authority-regulated law firm – following a solid reputation that has seen our team support over 700 UK organisations in the UK – we will continue to provide market-leading employment law advice, and best-in-class ER case management technology solutions and online HR resources to customers.
Integrating into Marlowe plc’s HR, employment law and safety platform, we will also join Ellis Whittam and its partner Law At Work (LAW) to further strengthen the overarching legal and HR services arm. We also have access to Marlowe plc’s on-site HR consultancy expertise, and HR Software-as-a-Service, e-Learning, occupational health and further health and safety service provision.

Acquired for £3.2 million, we were one of three acquisitions Marlowe plc announced on 2nd March 2021, alongside YouManage Ltd and HR Services Partnership Ltd – resulting in a combined fee of £5.15m.
