Lunchtime Express Webinar |
EU Reform Bill - Key Predictions for HR

Thursday, 2nd March at 1.00pm

The biggest overhaul in employment law in decades – will you be ready?

The sunset of the current retained EU law and the introduction of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill will potentially be another challenge that HR professionals need to contend with over the next couple of years. There’s a lot of noise from various sources on what the Bill could mean for HR and employers, and this inevitably means uncertainty.

Our recent survey in collaboration with WorkNest revealed that 93% of HR professionals don’t fully understand the potential implications of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill.

In this session we’ll be cutting through the hype on the various sides of the debate and will be providing some thought to the potential areas of employment law up for change and what the implications may be.

What’s on the agenda?

Join esphr’s Associate Solicitor, Charlotte Ashton for a comprehensive, free 40-minute update on:

• Providing clarity on what we know so far about the new Bill

• Which areas of employment law are potentially up for change, to be amended or retained?

• What is the likelihood of these areas changing?

• Key takeaways for HR professionals to stay on top of the impending reforms.

We were using some pretty expensive city lawyers before — but we wanted to get one consistent supplier, whilst being conscious of the cost. We chose esphr after careful consideration of all our options. There is a real in-house feel to the relationship, in that they know our business and the issues we face.

It is very rare to find someone who genuinely appreciates what we want to achieve and tailors a solution around that. Everyone at esphr is open and honest and wants to help make your working life better – this is the way all business relationships should be. I do not want to change supplier every few years.
