We have been working with esphr for about six months now and the team, specifically Sarah, has been wonderful. They actually feel like an extension of our HR team rather than a third party. What really works for us is their availability, their ability to listen and understand the situation followed by a considered approach to options, actions and next steps. They are not risk adverse as many third parties can be, however they balance this by explaining any potential risks or consequences, allowing us to make an informed decision. They have taken the time to get to know our team and our business. For us their support and advice is truly valued.
