We have been very happy with the service from esphr, principally via Charlotte Ashton, who has guided our church through a difficult, and at times complex immigration process, whereby we have arranged for our new minister to obtain a visa to come and live and work in Edinburgh from the USA. It was anything but straightforward and we relied heavily on Charlotte’s legal expertise and her willingness to take time to talk us through difficulties and answer questions.

She was unfailingly helpful, often responding promptly to queries where we needed advice quickly. I doubt very much that we could have accomplished the task without her guidance – it would certainly not have gone so smoothly and in as good time as we could have hoped for. This was a classic example of specialist expertise providing invaluable advice and support, in the most customer-friendly manner possible.
