We have been with esphr for over 14 years and they are my safety blanket on all things HR. I signed up to the esphr service not long after I left my former role to help in getting our own start-up off the ground. I used to work in HR and thought I knew all about employment law at the time, but found that I needed the support that esphr could provide. Over the years, not having to worry about formulating policies and being on top of legislation has really helped me. As a small business, you don’t have the benefit of different departments with specialists looking after everything for you, yet you still need to cover it all as you remain accountable.
