esphr’s ER case management system, MyHRCases, is integral to the data protection of our HR cases across the Bravo Group.

Due to our multi-site location and HR Business Partner activity, the system provides us with a safe place to retain sensitive people data, essential to meet GDPR compliance and SM&CR regulation in line with the FCA. We have found that MyHRCases has enabled multi-site HR Business Partnering ensuring that any member of the team can step in to oversee of pick up cases as required.

As the Group HR Director, I have found the system particularly useful for board reporting and analysis of our ER cases, helping to identify trends as well as enabling me to oversee the activity of business partnering with a comprehensive outline of each case.
