This module will help senior managers and HR professionals understand the area of law relating to shared parental leave (SPL) which has been claimed to be one of the most complex areas of employment law. This module will help establish a best practice process and procedure and help give confidence in dealing with SPL requests as well as giving the confidence to promote it. SPL allows families to have more flexibility when it comes to caring for their child in its first year following birth, or placement for adoption.
