Managing Fertility Issues – And Other Family-Related Leave

Fertility issues is a very sensitive topic which affects many employees and can have a significant impact on productivity and wellbeing.

This session outlines the challenges faced by staff and managers in this area. It offers guidance around the legal framework and best practice to handle these issues sensitively and effectively.
