Together with several members of our HR team, I attended esphr’s immigration sponsor license training course recently. It was a really enjoyable session and we found it incredibly useful, given the constant changes to immigration legislation over the last couple of years. The training not only covered what we need to know as sponsors, but it was also tailored to our specific business needs. We took away some actionable steps to ensure we’re being compliant and meeting our legal obligations.
