Dino is an experienced employment lawyer with a background in top 20 law firms and prominent global companies, including Pinsent Masons, Barclays Bank, and Shell. He enjoys helping organisations achieve and shape their objectives, providing clear leadership and direction while working closely with HR and managers.
Using his advanced knowledge of employment law, strategic and creative thinking, Dino aims to deliver effective outcomes. He has acted as an advocate in several Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) cases, including one of the earliest appeals on worker status and holiday entitlement under the Working Time Regulations.
Dino is also an experienced legal trainer and advises clients of all seniorities and backgrounds on all aspects of employment law, including discipline and grievance, day-to-day queries, dispute resolution, projects, whistleblowing, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), outsourcing, and contract and policy reviews. He qualified as a solicitor in 1997.
