Anna is an Associate at ESP Solicitors with over five years of experience in employment law.

She advises on day-to-day employment issues, including policies and contracts, performance management, family-friendly rights, discrimination, bullying and harassment, sickness absence, Working Time Regulations and holiday leave, trade unions, and redundancies.

Anna is also experienced in defending complex claims in employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal on behalf of employers, particularly in the health and education sectors.

She enjoys delivering bespoke training to managers and HR teams, helping to empower leadership skills and prevent issues before they arise.
