The finalist announcement comes in light of our ongoing commitment to providing HR customers with an integrated range of Employee Relations (ER) advisory services and our unique online ER case management system, MyHRCases.
We’re proud to be different to other traditional law and HR firms, and feel our team represents a glimpse into how the legal services industry needs to change, in order to better meet customer needs.
That’s why we offer specialist, commercial, business-focussed legal advice which is delivered by a personal team of two lawyers for each HR user. We also ensure market-leading response times which are within the hour typically.
Since forming in 2015, our SRA-regulated legal arm has won over 50 major new customers and logged more than 10,500 cases within our ER case management software.
We are constantly working on ways to tackle the rise in general ER caseloads and tribunal cases after fees were scrapped three years ago.
We understand the exponential impact this made, so we took a positive and proactive approach to offer a contemporary solution, encouraging teams to upskill workforces and not be left dealing with the expensive, hourly-rate pricing models that still prevail in the industry.
Furthermore, our legal team identified a steep rise in ER workloads for customers, so we launched a new integrated service to help our customers such as Ladbrokes Coral Group, Randstad and PVH Holdings.
Working with our entire legal team to complement our existing solution for HR customers, we’ve married employment law expertise with quality online HR educational tools and resources, and an ER case management system at a fixed, annual subscription price.
This has enabled HR teams to access two personal employment lawyers – as ‘lead’ and ‘buddy’ advisors – to form deep, working relationships, and become an extension of their own HR/ER teams.
Having already won a prestigious 2019 Legal Week Innovation Award in May, we are delighted to have been recognised again for such an accolade alongside four other UK firms.
The final of the Personnel Today Awards takes place on 19th November, at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
