recruitment

ESP Law Ltd is a new type of employment law firm. We want lawyers to concentrate on giving practical, commercial, solutions-based advice to our customers on the premise of fantastic, world class customer service.

ESP Law Ltd provides specialist employment advice to over 300 businesses including household names. The ESP group also provides a market-leading online employment law resource service that connects with tailored advice from legally qualified advisors.

We currently are looking to recruit for two roles:

Role 1

We require an experienced employment law practitioner to join our team. You must be a motivated self-starter that requires minimal supervision, have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and have the ability to build close customer relationships quickly. In return, you will be given a portfolio of your own customers to service and manage that will be handpicked to match your advice style and ability. You will also be required to assist in drafting and updating documents and templates for our online portal to ensure our customers always have access to the best quality materials.

Role 2

We are also looking for an experienced Employment Tribunal practitioner. Due to an increase in Employment Tribunal work, we are looking to appoint an advisor on a 12 month fixed-term contract. There is no requirement to conduct advocacy as we instruct counsel to attend hearings. We can accommodate two or three days per week and the hours can be worked flexibly over the week during normal office hours.

The legal team work from home, mainly in Yorkshire, but attend quarterly meetings in Woking and some customer meetings/training nationwide but predominantly in London.
