I manage business operations, which means my responsibilities are widely varied. I can be managing office contracts or subscriptions and renewals with service providers one minute and providing support to the customer-facing team the next.
I also provide support with claims and account management, various financial tasks, reporting and supervision. It’s safe to say that no two days are the same!
I come from a background in law and previously worked in criminal legal aid – in Liverpool – before moving to the south of England in 2007. After a year of managing a designer clothes shop in Guildford, I found myself moving into business operations with ESPHR in 2008, as I really enjoyed being at the centre of a company and having quite a varied role.
