This is the second consecutive year esphr has been shortlisted in this highly competitive category. Judges shortlist firms on their commitment and service in client care, based on evidence of the quality and consistency of law firms’ approach.
The Law Society Excellence Awards is one of the biggest awards ceremonies in the legal industry, recognising outstanding work by law firms and individuals in the legal profession.
Again, we’re rubbing shoulders with a number of traditional law firms and, as our law firm ESP Law is the only new model ABS law firm on the shortlist, we will be representing ABS firms nationally in this category.
Peter Byrne, Founder of esphr said: “To be shortlisted for one award is fantastic news, but to be shortlisted for another in the space of two weeks is a real acknowledgement of the work we’re doing with HR teams to deliver exceptional customer service and deliver exactly what visionary HR leaders are looking for.
“Our finalist nomination at the Law Society Excellence Awards allows us to show the wider HR community we serve that it's possible to deliver greater transparency and higher levels of service to customers that is truly transformational for our customers’ organisations. It’s also a huge stamp of approval for our low cost, subscription-based unlimited legal advice business model that gives our practising employment lawyers the freedom to really understand their customers’ businesses without HR teams being worried they’ll receive a shock when they see a ‘surprise invoice’.
“Our double nomination is a credit to the hardworking team at esphr and, of course, to our portfolio of customers who have embraced and been cheerleaders and innovators for our new model of employment law provision.”
