The Modern Law Awards, now in their sixth year, is a highly prestigious ceremony celebrating the most pioneering legal providers, market development and innovative business management.
Following our initial entry to the awards, we were shortlisted for Alternative Business Structure of the Year and Boutique Law Firm of the Year. To gain recognition in both of these acclaimed categories and having recently been finalists in The Law Society Awards and Personnel Today Awards, being highly commended as ABS of the year only adds to our success. We couldn’t be more proud.
In 2015, we launched as one of the first regulated ABS employment law firms, redefining expectations of customer service in the employment law sector, offering dedicated, unlimited specialist employment law advice on a fixed price annual subscription.
We believe the Modern Law Awards set the benchmark for best practice in our industry and to gain this recognition only reinforces our mission to forge closer relationships between the HR sector and legal profession. It’s proof that HR teams and employment lawyers can – and should – work more closely together, without the customer having to worry about expensive hourly rates.
“After being highly commended at the Modern Law Awards, we couldn’t be more ready to make 2019 our best year yet,” said Pete Byrne, Founder and CEO at esphr. “It is further reinforcement of our mission to distinguish ourselves from traditional law firms in our model of working and the level of service our customers have come to expect from their legal and HR partner.”
“Of course, this wouldn't be possible without the support of our customers and our incredible team who go above and beyond to meet customer needs to the highest standard every day.”
It’s our mission to advise and develop the employment law capability of HR professionals wherever we can, helping HR teams make a real commercial difference to their organisations. That way, you spend less time solving operational issues and more time actioning projects that drive far-reaching change in your company.
